2003: Acquired Talon Logistics to expand transportation and logistics services.

2009: Founded as a single-family office managing the assets of John Neace.

2013: Acquired Old 502 Winery, a destination urban winery based in Louisville, KY.

2015: Acquired brand assets of Falls City Beer founded in Louisville, KY in 1905.

2022: Became majority shareholder in Hectare’s Cannabis Innovation, an aspirational brand focused on active lifestyles.

2023: Acquired Parlour Pizza, a modern casual dining restaurant with four outlets in Louisville, KY.
